Seriously folks this is the best little store in the High Country, conveniently located in between Boone and Banner Elk. It's the small store with a BIG heart. The "Foscoe Trading Post" specializes in gifts, souvenirs, furniture and home decor'. We also carry COLD pints of "Blue Bell Ice Cream" for all the local and vacationing ice cream connoisseur's.
For the coffee lovers we also carry two distinct High Country blends of coffee " Appalachian" and "Blue Ridge," both blends are locally roasted and delivered fresh to our store.
Don't be surprised to find live entertainment from time to time. Also, during the holiday season we'll carry Christmas Trees and Wreaths, as well as, limited holiday merchandise and decor'.
We carry a little-bit-of-everything and our inventory is updated weekly. If you decide to stop in and say hello we'd be honored. If you decide to stop in and buy something we'd be honored just the same. Don't worry folks the High Country hospitality is free and there is plenty of it to go around.
