a line extending from near Wagoner to near Barrett. Movement was east
at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph. Very heavy rainfall.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Localized flooding in poor drainage and
low-lying areas.
